In other news; compared to Blizzak WS-80s, Continental TrueContacts are terrible in the snow. To be fair though, it’s much easier to get sideways on the TrueContacts... so maybe no-season tires do have a purpose in the snow ... to a point...

Guess it’s time to break out the tarp and cover my windshield.

This list looks like it was written by someone who lives in a warm climate, like say Mountain View, CA, and just used Google as their research...

But they’re still better than Michelin MXM4's. Which have no traction in snow at all.

Or in rain.

Or on dry pavement.

Beginning to think maybe MXM4's are just shitty tires.

Before driving, let someone know your destination, route, and expected time of arrival.

Oh sure Google, like you’re not already watching.

I can’t say anything about the MXM4s.  The last Michelin s I had were Hydroedges

Those were great in the rain, good in the dry, and passable in the snow.

I always drive carefully on icy sidewalks.
